Fall Hours

Welcome to September!

It's been an awesome summer, our first ever as a team, and we are now ready to transition to fall!  Our new fall hours are listed on our schedule tab.  We are now offering 6 practices a week: 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, as well as a clinic on Saturday.  Our Saturday Clinics will be an hour long, and are entirely devoted to technique and stroke development.  They're also open to any adult, so feel free to bring your friends!

Coaching Changes

We've had to shift some of our coaching hours with school starting back up.  We're pleased to officially welcome Travis Pope to our full-time staff!  Travis has been helping us out throughout the summer, and has a wealth of coaching experience.  He's also the head coach for Springville High School, and is a great addition to our staff.  He'll be coaching Monday and Friday mornings.

Weekly Sets

With our new Fall program we will no longer be posting weekly workouts online.  However, if you are going out of town and would like a few sets let us know!  We'd love to share our workouts with you!  There are also 10 weeks of workouts on our old blog posts.
