My Guess is that You Want to Know About Adult Swim Lessons

And my second guess is that even if you didn't want to know about them before, you definitely want to know about them now.  Because, as amazing as Masters Swimming is, you just can't beat one-on-one, super fun, personalized instruction.  We've only been offering these for a little while now, but we're convinced that they're about the greatest thing since iodized salt.  Check out all the info on the Adult Swim Instruction tab!

Weekly Set

This week's set is a doozy, it's a long pace set even if the yardage is on the lower end, and it's a lot of Backstroke.  If you're doing it on your own, make sure you keep your heart rate between 160 and 180 on the strong swims, and really power through that last 100 fast.
