Weekly Workout

This workout is designed to enhance our power in the water.  It's an anaerobic workout, during which you should modulate between high and moderate heart rates.  Enjoy!



Set: 1800 yards

Warm Up:
  • 200 Freestyle 
  • 100 Freestyle 
  • 100 Backstroke 
Kick: 
  • 2*50 Breaststroke 
  • 200 Choice 
Power Set
  • 4*[2*25 AFAP (one dive one push), 50 easy, 100 Choice for time, 50 easy] 
Warm down

We've managed to change our policy a little bit, where you no longer need to be a member of the Clyde Recreation Center in order to join Springville Masters!  You still need to be able to access the pool, but that can be through day admission or a pass of any length.  Hurry and sign up now!
