New Programs!

Great News!

Springville Masters Swimming is expanding!  Right now we're mostly a workout based team, where adults can workout together in the pool under coach supervision.  However, effective immediately, we are also offering Adult Private Swim Lessons!

These lessons can be completed on your schedule and consist of five 30 minute sessions with one of our coaches.  Pricing is $50 for members, and $70 for non-members, similar to private youth lessons.  If you have questions or would like to know more, visit our contact page and send us an email or phone call!

Weekly Workout

As always we post one workout a week for those swimmers that might not be able to make a practice.  This set was done on Wednesday, and is a longer, aerobic based workout.

Warm Up:
  • 400 FR
Technique:
  • 8*75 Choice
Kick:
  • 4*50 [1 BR, 1 FL]
Pace Set:
  • 2*300 [75 FR, 25 BK]
  • 2*200 [50 FR, 50 BR]
  • 2*100 [Choice]
Warm Down
